Howdy! I’m Travis Kincaid, and this is Wheelhouse Cycle Service.
I’ve been riding and working on bicycles for over two decades. Most would say I have an unhealthy obsession with anything on two wheels, and they’re probably right. My background spans BMX shops, college shops, high-end triathlon shops, mobile service, and multiple bicycle frame manufacturing companies. That range of experience has shaped not only how I work on bikes, but how I believe service should be done.
After my role with my last company was downgraded, it pushed me to take that passion, and those standards, to the next level by opening my own shop. What started as a leap of faith quickly became a very successful first year, confirming what I’d seen as a rider for a long time. There was a real gap in the market for truly efficient, high-quality bicycle service that’s held to a higher standard.
Wheelhouse Cycle Service was built to fill that gap. This is a one-on-one shop where every client works directly with me, start to finish. No hand offs, no rushed work, and no compromises. This approach allows for an unmatched level of attention to detail, clear communication, and service tailored specifically to you and your riding goals.
